Bowel Control Diet and Colon Cleanser

How to decrease spasm and help usual bowel movement? The only way is to raise fiber intake and use colon cleansers. The increase should be slow and steady, otherwise the same will be a cause for gas, diarrhea, cramping or bloating. The period of increase should have the duration of a few weeks. Care should be taken in selecting high fiber foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans.

In this world of stressful living, one should know how to manage the stress and if not possible how to minimize it. There are various techniques to tackle stress like counseling, exercise, relaxation or meditation. It is better to avoid food that causes uneasiness. It is better to avoid potato, cabbage and cauliflower. Milk and milk products, coffee, tea, alcohol, chocolate should be avoided at all costs. Smoking should be totally prohibited. Tobacco induces Irritable Bowel Syndrome by changing the food path in intestine and by escalating gas. Colon cleansers do a lot of help in this direction.

Eating habit should be regularized. Time of breakfast, lunch and night dinner should be the same every day. While frequent and small eating helps defending diarrhea problem and large fiber intake solves constipation, drinking clean water does away both the problems of diarrhea or constipation.

Clean and healthy colon is basic to peaceful life. Unless the colon is kept clean by colon cleansing, time spent in keeping the body fit is a waste.
