One can get just about anything on the Internet these days. Some sites offer a self hypnosis download that you can play on the computer with headsets or that you can play on your iPod. Many self hypnosis downloads are geared toward relaxation and relief of anxiety but there are those that address a multitude of concerns and complaints.
